Welcome to my little spot of peace amidst the chaos.

After having a blog a million years ago, hosting a knitting podcast for at least 10 years and retreating from all of it, I am stepping slowly, mindfully back into this space.

No guarantees on regularity of content. I retreated away because of an awareness of my own privilege & a desire to listen more. I do believe we are all special snowflakes. I don’t think an apology is needed for a desire to be seen, viewed as special. I do think the rub occurs when that line blurs into demonstrative attempts to fill pockets of self-worth. Those pockets can’t be filled by podcast views, likes, algorithm business. It’s taken me a bit to figure that out. And I still don’t have it all figured out.

And in the midst of the mundane, I still have something to say. I am not sure that will ever go away.
